Go to Burning Forest Waypoint and then go East, climb all the way up and then take down one you can find the Skyscale Egg next to a tree.

Go West from the previous Skyscale Egg, take a Skyscale from the Skyscale Roost and fly towards the tree to find the Skyscale Egg.
Alternatively go to Burning Forest Waypoint and then go West, climb up the tree.

Go North/East from the previous Skyscale Egg, you can find this one at water level.
