Go to Pact Command Waypoint and then go South, you can find the Skyscale Scales down close to the water.

If you dont have a Griffon then take a Skyscale first West of Pact Command Waypoint .
Now fly back to the Pact Command and climb the pact airship, you can find the Skyscale Scales on top of a pillar close to the waypoint.

Go to Pact Command Waypoint and then go South, you can find a Skyscale Roost close to the wing. Climb the wing to get up the cliff, then go South to find the Skyscale Scales behind a tree.

Glide down from the previous Skyscale Scales to the Verdance Falls PoI, you can find the Skyscale Scales next to the waterfall. Alternatively Go to Melandru’s Lost Domain Waypoint and then go North/East to climb up the waterfall.

Go to Melandru’s Lost Domain Waypoint and then go North, climb up the tree until you reach a Skyscale Roost, use the Skyscale to fly South to the Skyscale Scales.

Go to Melandru’s Lost Domain Waypoint and then go South/East, you can find the Skyscale Scales on a large root above the water.

Go to The Underworld Waypoint and then go South, you can find the Skyscale Scales close to the water.

Go to The Underworld Waypoint and then go North/East, you can find the Skyscale Scales inside a cave next to Shackled Grasp PoI, you have been here before to break a weak spot with the spear in the story.
“In the shadow of a pinned wing.”
Go to The Underworld Waypoint and then go North, climb up all the way and then glide down to the Skyscale Scales. You can combine this with #16 which is next to this one.

Go West from the previous Skyscale Scales, when you reach the end glide down to the floating rock to find the Skyscale Scales.

Go to Burning Forest Waypoint and then go West, climb up and when you reach the top glide down to the Skyscale Scales.

Glide down North from the previous Skyscale Scales. Alternatively go East from Burning Forest Waypoint .

Go to Burning Forest Waypoint and then go West, glide down, you can find the Skyscale Scales next to the God of Balthazar statue.

Go to Pact Command Waypoint and and then go West, you can find the Skyscale Scales up a tree branch.
“Under a dragon’s wing.”
You should have completed this at the Skyscale Scales #10.

Go to Pact Command Waypoint and and then go West, you can find the Skyscale Scales just ouside the Pact Command on the other side of the bridge.

Go South from the previous Skyscale Scales, you can find them at a rock formation on water level. Alternatively go South/West from Pact Command Waypoint .

Go to Melandru’s Lost Domain Waypoint and then go West, when you reach the end of the cliff jump down, you can find the Skyscale Scales at a waterfall.

Head West from the previous Skyscale Scales location, you can find the Skyscale Scales next to a branded rock formation on water level.

Go to Pact Command Waypoint and and then go South/West, you can find the Skyscale Scales on the back of kralkatorrik.
