1. The Nature of Air
“Speak with Grand Elder Air Djinn Dhizosai or Grandmaster Elder Djinn Emine at Zagonur Cliffs in Domain of Vabbi. Defeat nearby foes to draw them out”.
You should have completed this at the Skyscale of Water step #1.
2. Winds of the Waste
“Get knocked down by a Dust Mite Twister, commonly found in arid and desert-like areas”.
Go to Repair Station Waypoint and go East, get yourself knocked by the Dust Mite Twister to recieve the Winds of the Waste.
3. Winds of the Garden
“Interact with the Cluster of Winds in the Hidden Garden jumping puzzle in Mount Maelstrom”.
Go to Oxbow Isle Waypoint and go North, complete the Defeat the Keeper of Waves event and enter the portal. Go north and climb all the way up to find the Cluster of Winds, interact with and select “Place Egg” to recieve the Winds of the Garden.
(When the event Defeat the Keeper of Waves event is not up then check if one of the other events is up. There are 4 locations with events to complete that open a portal which gets you into the Hidden Garden see picture below)
4. Winds of the Storm
“Get caught in the Brand tornado in Jahai Bluffs”.
Go to the waypoint that’s closest to the Brand tornado, you can see where it is on the map. Get into it to recieve the Winds of the Storm.
