“Speak with Grand Elder Water Djinn Khiafe or Grandmaster Elder Djinn Emine at Zagonur Cliffs in the Domain of Vabbi. Defeat nearby foes to draw the djinn out”.
Go to Market Ruins Waypoint and then glide East, you can find Grandmaster Elder Djinn Emine on a higher level balcony. Interact with him to recieve The Nature of Water, if he’s not there defeat nearby foes to draw the djinn out.
Also click all the other options to complete the first step of Skyscale of Fire/Earth and Air.
2. Waters of Ntouka
“Swim to the bottom of Ntouka Pond in the Domain of Kourna”.
Go to Allied Encampment Waypoint and then go West, at the bandit camp go North, dive down at Ntouka Pond to find a Concentration of Magic. Interact with it to recieve the Waters of Ntouka.
3. Waters of Castavall
“Swim to the bottom of Flooded Castavall in Bloodtide Coast”.
Go to Catavall Waypoint and swim down. You can find the Concentration of Magic in hole next to a shipwreck, interact with it to recieve the Waters of Castavall.
4. Waters of Derelict Delve
“Swim in the water chamber in Derelict Delve in Desert Highlands”.
Go to Derelict Delve Waypoint and then go South, Complete the Rune-Locked Door achievement if not done yet, you can find the Concentration of Magic that rewards the Waters of Derelict Delve in the last unlocked room 4. Jump down and then swim down to find it.
