First you have to unlock the, Kamohoali’i Kotaki 1: The Experimental Spear Collection you will need to have the first line trained in The Legendary Crafting Mastery to be able to buy the required item to start.
When you have the first line completed you are allowed to speak with Grandmaster Craftsman Hobbs [Legendary Crafting].
Go to Trader’s Forum Waypoint [&BBAEAAA=] and walk West, speak with Grandmaster Craftsman Hobbs [Legendary Crafting] and buy the Kamohoali’i Kotaki Vol. 1 for 5 and 10,003 .
Now use the item and you will have the collection unlocked.
1: The first item needed for our collection is: Tropical Shark Tooth.

Go to Stormbluff Waypoint [&BKUBAAA=] and walk South/East, you will get this item as drop from Sharks in this region. You can also combine this one with step 6 because the sharks there will drop it aswell.
2: The next item for our collection is: Freshwater Shark Tooth.

Go to Irondock Shipyard Waypoint [&BIoBAAA=] and walk East, you will get this item as drop from Sharks in this region.
3: Sawtooth Shark Tooth.
“Pulled from sharks in Southsun Cove”.
Go to Pearl Islet Waypoint [&BNUGAAA=] and walk West, you will get this item as drop from Sharks in this region.
4: Icy Shark Tooth.
“Pulled from ice sharks in Lornar’s Pass, Frostgorge Sound, and Fireheart Rise”.
Go to False Lake Waypoint [&BOgAAAA=] and walk South, you will get this item as drop from Ice Sharks in this region.
5: Risen Bull Shark Tooth.
“Pulled from the risen bull sharks in Orr”.
Go to Dire Shoal Waypoint [&BOUGAAA=] and swim North/East, you will get this item as drop from Risen Bull Sharks in this region.
“Pulled from the Champion Risen Megalodon in Sparkfly Fen, Straits of Devastation, and Cursed Shore.”.
Go to Ocean’s Gullet Waypoint [&BMkBAAA=] and walk North/East, you will get this item as drop from the Champion Risen Megalodon (Event: Kill the Risen shark).
