1. The Nature of Ice
“Speak with Frigid Paw at Talabaroop Waves in Frostgorge Sound”.
Go to Blue Ice Shining Waypoint and then go North into the hole, you can find Frigid Paw when you exit it. Interact with him to recieve The Nature of Ice.
2. Ice of the Land
“Expose your skyscale egg to the icy chamber in Derelict Delve in Desert Highlands”.
Go to Derelict Delve Waypoint and then go South, Complete the Rune-Locked Door achievement if not done yet, you can find the Concentration of Magic that rewards the Ice of the Land in room 1. Go to the end of the room and jump down then go to the other side of the room to find it.
3. Ice of the Sea
“Expose your skyscle egg to the water of the ice flow in Thunderhead Peaks”.
Go to Revolution’s Heart Waypoint and then go South/East, dive down at the Ice Floe to find a Concentration of Magic. Interact with it to recieve the Ice of the Sea.
4. Ice of the Air
“Become encased in an ice prison caused by storms in Bitterfrost Frontier or during the Claw of Jormag world boss event”.
Go to Koda’s Welcome Waypoint and then go North, get close to a Ice Storm so it can encase you into an ice prison, this rewards the Ice of the Air.
