Fixed a bug that caused several hero challenge events to remain active while the issuing NPC was not accepting challengers.

Tower Down: Fixed a bug in which the marmox could refuse to progress through the cave.
Tower Down: Tonn will now move to destroy the towers, even if he’s out of position.

Removed the deletion confirmation from the Limited-Use Scarecrow Finisher and Limited-Use Mad King Finisher items.
Precursor collection items that required temples in Orr to be captured can now also be obtained by successfully defending a temple after it is captured.

Targeted Destruction: Corrected how damage increases are displayed so that they now show 7% in PvP and 10% in PvE and WvW game modes.

Overheat: The holosmith now takes a small amount of damage before the main explosion in order to prevent exploits that use out-of-combat actions.

Stolen Skills: Stealth that is applied by these deadeye skills now occurs earlier to prevent players from accidentally attacking without it. Slightly increased the aftercast so that queued skills don’t interfere with the stealth aspect of these skills. Adjusted the animation timing to fix a bug that caused these skills to show no animation while under the effects of quickness; this adjustment does not alter the skill activation timing.

A new Haunted Armor Outfit is available in the Style category of the Gem Store for 700 gems.
A new Arachnid Glider is available in the Style category of the Gem Store for 400 gems.
The new Halloween Appearance Package is available in the Style category of the Gem Store for 2,000 gems. It contains the new Haunted Armor Outfit and Arachnid Glider, as well as 1 Onyx and Gold Lion Weapon Choice, 1 Total Makeover Kit, and 5 Elonian Beasts Dye Kits.
For a limited time, the Bat Wings Glider Combo returns in the Style category of the Gem Store for 700 gems.
For a limited time, the Grenth’s Regalia Outfit and the Ghoul Backpack and Mini Set are on sale in the Style category of the Gem Store.

Bug Fixes:

Fixed a client crash.
Fixed an issue that prevented the “-email” command line option from working as intended.

Novelties: Fixed an issue that could cause player characters to hold the Marriner’s Horn incorrectly.

Fixed an issue that caused the day/night effects on the Nightfang Griffon Skin to lose all of their dye colors with certain settings.
