To start your journey in making the Legendary Precursor Rage and perhaps the Legendary Frenzy afterwards, you will have to perform various tasks.
You will start with the first tier precursor for building Rage.

First you have to unlock the, Frenzy 1: The Experimental Focus Collection, you will need to have the first line trained in The Legendary Crafting Mastery to be able to buy the required item to start.
When you have the first line completed you are allowed to speak with Grandmaster Craftsman Hobbs [Legendary Crafting].
Go to Trader’s Forum Waypoint [&BBAEAAA=] and walk West, speak with Grandmaster Craftsman Hobbs [Legendary Crafting] and buy the Frenzy Vol. 1 for 5 and 10,003 .
Now use the item and you will have the collection unlocked.
1: The first item needed for our collection is: Ancient Barracuda Tooth.
“Pulled from the Ancient Barracuda in Dredgehaunt Cliffs”.
Go to Wyrmblood Waypoint [&BGUCAAA=] and start walking West, you will get this item as drop from the Ancient Barracuda. (Keep note the event “Kill the ancient barracude aggravating the fish of Wyrmblood Lake” has to be active)
2: The next item for our collection is: Armored Fish Tooth.
“Pulled from a Veteran Armored Fish in Malchor’s Leap”.
Go to Lights Waypoint [&BLICAAA=] and swim West, you will get this item as drop from the Veteran Armored Fish.
3: Electric Fish Tooth.
“Pulled from a Veteran Electric Fish in Mount Maelstrom”.
Go to Oxbow Isle Waypoint [&BNECAAA=] and swim North/East, you will get this item as drop from the Veteran Electric Fish.
4: Artic Jellyfish Stinger.
“Harvested from a Veteran Giant Arctic Jellyfish in Frostgorge Sound”.
Go to Honor of the Waves Waypoint [&BEMFAAA=] and swim West, you will get this item as drop from Veteran Giant Artic Jellyfish in the area.
5: Spiketail Spike.
“Harvested from the Veteran Spiketail Fish of Diessa Plateau and Harathi Hinterlands”.
Go to Font of Rhand Waypoint [&BNwAAAA=] and swim East, you will get this item as drop from the Veteran Spiketail Fish.
6: Giant Jellyfish Stinger.
“Harvested from the Jellyfish Beast in the Underwater Ruins Fractal”.
You will get this item as drop from the Jellyfish Beast inside the Aquatic Ruins Fractal (Scale 3).
Rewards:
3 Achievement Points, Chest of Fish.
This chest contains the recipe to craft Rage (First Tier), which requires Artificer (450), Huntsman (450) or Weaponsmith (450).
